Letter of request
Endorsement letter from Regional Offices with RTEC evaluation report
Project Proposal incorporating the following:
Fabrication drawing with complete specifications indicating the materials used for each part.
Detailed Line-Item Budget and details of activities and expense items intended for financial assistance with the corresponding counterpart of the proponent, if any.
Copy of letters patent if already available.
Quotation from at least 3 fabricators.

PILOT/ TECHNOLOGY-BASED ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Program Description
The program determines the economic and technical viabilities of selected technologies by establishing optimum processing conditions under pre-commercialization pilot scale operations. Thus enhancing commerciability of the technology-based enterprises in the country especially the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus, equipment & raw material support in the trial operation of the technology.
The program provides financial assistance for the purchase/fabrication of major equipment/machinery needed to commercialize the piloted technology on a limited pre-commercial pilot scale.

Who can avail of assistance?
Filipino individual or juridical entities with no outstanding obligations with TAPI; and
Filipino individual or juridical entities who will put up a business enterprise using commercially-viable technologies developed by the S & T community.

How to avail of Program Assistance?
Letter of request
Endorsement from the Regional Offices with RTEC evaluation report
Project Proposal including complete requirements (please refer to the next slide for the details of the checklist of requirements)

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
Application letter
Endorsement letter from Regional Office (if applicant is from the region)
Regional Evaluation Committee (RTEC) evaluation (if applicant is from the region) including track record of proponent in similar related project, background and credit investigation
If not an individual, registration papers from SEC/Cooperative Development Authority and certification of good standing, resolution from the Board of Director approving the availment of financial assistance and authorizing specific officers to transact and enter into binding agreement
List of members of the Board of Directors with brief bio-data if applicable
Businesspermits, licenses and xerox copy of BIR Registered Official Receipt or copy of the application for the OR
Feasibility Study/project proposal/ business plan to include the following components
Marketing/Economic Aspect
Technical Aspect (include copy of test results, if applicable)
Management/ Administration aspect
Environmental/Social Aspect
Financial Aspect
Financial assumptions
Details of project cost/specific purpose of financial assistance

Amortization/repayment scheme of financial assistance

MOA between technology generator and technology adoptors (if applicable)
Three (3) quotations from suppliers/fabricators of equipment (if applicable)
