Na try ko na to.. actually im currently using it and exploring pa. Its easy to install.. Maganda gamitin pag gusto mo ng dual boot na PC.. Except may side effect ata to sa PC ko.. Hindi na ngshushutdown ang XP ko.. Lagi ng nakaOn.. so kelangan ko xa i-forced shutdown.. try niyo baka magustohan niyo...
except for one thing.. beer is not free.. hehehe and there isn't any real freedom... we just break free from one bond to be bonded again... sori boss..

try nyo Ubuntu 8.04 LTS (aka Hardy Heron), may wubi na sya... just insert your cd inside windows and you can select to install it under windows.

yes sir i've tried it and im using it. i have 2 partitions on my pc. one ntfs on drive c where xp is installed and then fat32 on drive d. after i downloaded wubi and installed, it automatically downloaded tne ubuntu iso and installed it on drive d, fat32. right. unattended install almost throughout except for the wait as my internet connection is terribly slow at 10kbps download speed. almost took a whole day and whole night to have ubuntu installed alongside xp. it also updated hardy heron 8.04 LTS right away. so far, i didn't have any problem with my xp and i'm on dual boot. before wubi, i had the live cd ordered and delivered free in december 2007, and installed in on a separate hdd all dedicated to linux and ubuntu. thats how i got started.
ano ang una sa dalawa. kc nag dual boot ako sa laptop model neo b2165n pro ung ubuntu 7.10 nag failed sa installation ano kaya problema nun daming beses ko pa inulit pro dito sa PC ko nakapag dual boot naman ako hussle free at ang blis pa. baka nmn may suggestion kayo dyan. Thanks!
i think make sure na 2 yung partion ng hard disk mo one for XP and one for ubuntu, mas madali kung ganito ung setup, tapos una mo install XP then ubuntu. i hope this link will help you, with screenshots to make life more easier.

help din po. kasi meron din ako neo b2165n na pre installed ubuntu gutsy. kaso hindi partitioned ung hd kaya reformat ko n partition na din. nung install me ung ubuntu ulit (hardy na po ung copy ko) e nag blank screen after po nung loading ng live cd. try me naman po sa ibang pc (hindi neo) ung cd gumagana naman n naka dual boot na din with xp so mukang ok naman po ung cd. try me din po install ung ubuntu sa loob ng windows (neo laptop) kasi pwede din kaso pagkatapos ng install at pipiliin me ung ubuntu para mag boot blank screen pa din. humihingi po me ng tulong sa tech support ng neo kaso alaws po sila kwenta. kaya ko po binili ung neo b2165n kasi po mura saka nakainstall e ubuntu kaya po sa tingin ko pwede ung ubuntu sa neo. gusto ko po talaga mainstall ung ubuntu sa laptop ko. currently po nakainstall e windows xp. maraming salamat po in advance
